For all bookings commencing before 1st July 2020, customers may request a change to the start date of their booking by up to 12 months, subject to availability. We will waive any administration charges for the change but depending on the cost of the accommodation of the new booking, you may have to make a further payment.

If your holiday is scheduled to begin on or after 1st July 2020 our standard terms and conditions apply, but we will monitor the advice of the UK government and we will update you should anything change.
Please note that your contract does not allow for any refunds within 30 days of the commencement of your stay.
